Fit and Function to Product:</strong>

&#9;<li>Adjust tooling via shim packs, hard stops, etc.&nbsp;

<strong>Weld:</strong>

&#9;<li>Prep material properly (Grind, Clean, Temp & Chamfer) for various types of Welding, Thickness & Material
&#9;<li>Create Jigs to create dimensional weldments for machine capability

<strong>Heavy Machine:&nbsp;</strong>

&#9;<li>Able to read print/details and run through all processes within JBA or John Barry & Associates (Industrial Engineering/Consulting)
&#9;<li>Take material and create detail required per print
&#9;<li>Understand High Tolerances
&#9;<li>Mill
&#9;<li>Lathe/Hard Turn
&#9;<li>Surface Grind
</ul>

<strong>Understanding Fits:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Able to take the supplied tech sheets and fit any tooling hardware needed (IE: Rail alignments/ bushings to bore/grind spacers, etc)
&#9;<li>Able to recognize the need for these operations after reviewing the assembly drawings and BOMS needed
</ul>

<strong>Final Assembly:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Able to take pre-assembled units and interact with them to achieve a proper full assembly
&#9;<li>Understand how one relates to the other to achieve mobility and clearance to themselves and function of machine to product
&#9;<li>By taking customer product and set up items to fully note completeness to achieve an internal buy-off and hand off to controls (product fit/cylinder strokes/switch set up/grind spacers/clearance rub, etc)
</ul>

<strong>Independent Field service/ Troubleshooting:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Able to arrive in the field to converse with customers to diagnose and perform resolve of issue/ problem
&#9;<li>Able to understand the issue to be warranty or non-warranty and be able to appropriately convey to customer and PM filling out field service form appropriately
&#9;<li>The issue is to be handled (minus any possible PLC problem) solely within the employees' environment
&#9;<li>(ie: machine details if needed/replace switches/valves, etc.)
</ul>

<strong>Additional Skills and Experience Requirements: </strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Layout the Base, Assemble and Mount Tooling & Fixtures and Guarding&nbsp;

<strong>We are looking for a Builder/Assembler-Working Leader that can do it all, including:</strong>

<br>The CNC Lathe (Turning) Operator at Fusion Fabricating & Manufacturing is responsible for operating CNC Lathes to produce precision turned components according to customer specifications.<br>
This position requires experience with turning operations, including setup assistance, tool management, and quality verification.<br>
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Manual Lathes or basic CNC Equipment and is looking to advance their skills in CNC Turning Operations.<br>
This position regularly handles CUI materials for Defense Contracts and requires strict adherence to Security Protocols.&nbsp;<br> 

<br><strong>Essential Functions/Responsibilities:</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Operate CNC Turning Centers to produce precision parts according to Engineering Specifications

&#9;<li>Load raw materials and unload finished components
&#9;<li>Maintain production rates while ensuring quality standards are met
&#9;<li>Perform routine Preventative Maintenance and Daily Machine Inspections
&#9;<li>Monitor machine operation for unusual conditions or quality issues
&#9;<li>Document Production Data, quality results, and machine issues
&#9;<li>Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area

<br>Die Chaser/Polishers are responsible for polishing, cleaning, inspecting, and resurfacing the cavities and bores of die castings by using hand tools and machines, help to repair and/or replace any damaged dies, preparing and set up of dies and die components for current and future use as workload demands, and maintain proper keeping-placement of all dies and die shop components for current and future use.<br>

&#9;<li>Polish dies after die correction is completed</li>
&#9;<li>Must have previous experience of die polishing and/or correction</li>
&#9;<li>Must possess the working ability and/or willingness to work with caustic solution</li>
&#9;<li>Run the dies through the caustic solution to clean excess aluminum out of the die</li>
&#9;<li>Assemble and break down tooling assemblies</li>
&#9;<li>Make sure the dies are clean and there are no remaining aluminum remnants left</li>
&#9;<li>Die storage- putting the dies away and retrieval- taking the dies out of storage</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure a safe and clean work environment</li>
&#9;<li>Wear safety equipment and follow safety protocol</li>
&#9;<li>Operating hand tool including Hammer and chisel</li>
&#9;<li>Clean work area end of shift</li>
&#9;<li>Knowledge of production operation and experience in manufacturing environment</li>

<br><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Must have knowledge of Dies/Die Shop, but willing to train;&nbsp;training will be on days for a period of time until competent, then transfer to midnights</li>

&#9;<li>Must be able to read and write in English fluently with proficiency</li>
&#9;<li>Must have at least a High School Diploma, GED.</li>
&#9;<li>Certification or Associate Degree in Manufacturing is a plus</li>

<br><strong>Job Description:</strong><br />
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, installations, repairs,&nbsp;fabrications, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of extrusion presses and other&nbsp;types of manufacturing facility machinery and/or equipment.<br />
<br />
Maintenance Technicians are&nbsp;responsible for the installing, inspecting, and assessing the functionality of production machines&nbsp;needed for continued operations, including routine maintenance and safety checks, and report<br />
machine status updates.<br />
<br />
Experience with mechanical presses, press brakes, hydraulics is a plus.<br />
<br />
Position requires having a working experience with mechanical presses, press brakes, and&nbsp;hydraulics.<br />
<br />
Duties assigned will require physical abilities needed to perform as assigned<br />
including but not limited to extensive standing and/or walking, physical lifting up to 50-75lbs&nbsp;(pounds).<br />
<br />
Estimated working responsibilities and duties are approximately:<br />
80% machine repair&nbsp;and maintenance: 20% building repair and maintenance.<br />
<br />
<strong>Qualifications:</strong><br />
1. Must have 1+ years of repair experience including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic,&nbsp;and electrical components.<br />
2. Possess a working ability to use precision measuring equipment such as measuring&nbsp;tapes, calipers, micrometers, etc.<br />
3. Possess electrical skills required to perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to&nbsp;various electrical and mechanical systems.<br />
4. Must have current/up-to-date experience with various mechanical manufacturing&nbsp;equipment in extrusion presses, brake presses, cranes, lift trucks, etc.<br />
5. Possess knowledge of and/or experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems&nbsp;with ability to read, understand directions and/or schematics to perform calculations to&nbsp;specify components.<br />
6. Possess a knowledge of and demonstrate practical applications to all MIOSHA and&nbsp;OSHA Standards.<br />
7. Ability to work in various climate conditions.<br />
8. Experience in identifying components from parts breakdowns.<br />
9. Possess time management skills.<br />
10. Possess a working ability to troubleshoot power transmission components, bearings,&nbsp;belts, cams, etc.<br />
11. Ability to read and understand detailed and complex electrical schematics.<br />
12. Possess the ability to use electrical troubleshooting skills to include a multi-meter,&nbsp;megger tester, amp meter, etc...<br />
13. Ability to read and understand Ladder logic for troubleshooting programmable logic,&nbsp;parametric, and industrial control systems.<br />
14. Possess familiarity with spare parts inventory control systems.<br />
15. MUST possess the ability to work well with others.<br />

<strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong><br />
1. Must possess and maintain a current and valid Driver's License.<br />
2. Must be over 18-Years Old.<br />
3. Must possess a High School Diploma or State Equivalent.<br />
4. Must be able to lift varying weight up to 75lbs. (pounds).<br />
5. Must be able to work at varying heights and or spaces.<br />
6. Must be able to perform and maintain the physical ability to carry out assigned duties&nbsp;and/or assigned tasks that include but not limited to: walking distances, standing for&nbsp;extended periods of time, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, lifting, etc.<br />
