Job Description
CNC Mill Set-up and/or Programmer - Day Shift - $20 to $25/Hour
Surfcam Programming Experience Is Required To Program
Senior/Journeyman Level Experience Is Required
(A minimum of 6-Years experience as a CNC Mill Operator with Set-up and Programming proficiency is required and pays $20/Hour to $25 Per Hour, determined after completion of a Job Site Interview).
This position requires Experience, Operating, Setting Up and Programming Proficiency at the Machine and away from the Machine, working from Prints and using Surfcam Software to Write the Program.
Requires experience with as many of the following CNC Mills as possible:
1) HAAS VF-2SS with Microcomputer control and interactive graphics
2) HAAS VF-4 with Microcomputer control and interactive graphics
3) HAAS VF-5 with Microcomputer control and interactive graphics
4) HAAS VF-7 with Microcomputer control and interactive graphics
5) Fadel Model VMC-4020 with Microcomputer control and interactive
graphics
6) Fadel Model VMC-3016L with Microcomputer control and interactive
graphics
7) Fadel Model VMC-3016 with 15,000 RPM Spindle, Microcomputer
and interactive graphics
8) Fadel Model VMC-6030 with Microcomputer and interactive graphics
Worker's Compensation Code: 3629 Precision Machined Parts Manufacturing Pay Range:
$20 to $25.00 Per Hour, possibly more, determined by Client following Job Site Interview.

Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 or 5:30 PM, as required and directed.
Saturdays and Sundays (Rare): As required and directed.
