Construction Laborer/Helper/Apprentice
Detroit-Residential/Commercial, Days, $15 to $18 Per Hour
This is a Construction/Carpentry Assignment to Various Commercial and Residential Properties in Detroit and the surrounding Suburbs. working as a Construction Laborer, Helper or Apprentice to complete various assignments, as directed, by supervisor.
Rough/Framing and Finish/Trim Carpentry Experience is a Big Plus!
PPE, (Hard Hat, Reflective Vest, Gloves and Safety Glasses are required at All Times and are provided by MeritHall.
Steel Toed Work Boots are required at all timed, (Provided by Employee)
Shift: First
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, expected, but possible after hours "On-Call" and Weekends during Winter Snow Removal and Salting
Hours: 7:30 AM to 4 PM (Typical)
(Must be available for 24/7 On-Call during Snow and Salting Winter Events,)
Wage: $15 for Laborer - $16 to $18 for Helper - $18 to $20 for Apprentice Level
(Skill Level & Wage Rate will be determined following the Interview Process.)
Note #1: Detroit Residency is a Big Plus.
Note #2: Having a Michigan Drivers License, a Clean Driving Record and own Car are also a Big Plus and could mean a higher Starting Wage Rate.
Note #3: Having a diverse selection of both own Hand and Power Tools,
is a Big Plus.
