Customer Service Representative
First Shift - Garden City - $17 Per Hour
Job Description:
Work Performed (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):
Data Entry (enter orders into Epics)
Check orders
Answer CSR related inquiries by phone or email
Corrective actions for quality concerns
Maintain all customer files by updating their account information
Provide product information to customers
Provide quotations when needed
Assist sales with day to day activities including quickly resolving any discrepancies to the customer’s satisfaction.
Communicate with production team leaders when needed
Participate in weekly production team meetings
Promptly respond to customer inquiries on status of current purchase orders
Estimate delivery dates based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules
The responsibilities associated with this job will change from time to time in accordance with the Company’s business needs.
More specifically, the incumbent may be required to perform additional and/or different responsibilities from those set forth above.
Position Requirements /Qualifications:
Posses ability to multi-task
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Posses a moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Use and familiarity with a variety of office software and phone systems
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Must be reliable and maintain excellent attendance
Must have previous successful working customer service experience (at least 2years)
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour This is intended to be a Temp-To-Hire Opportunity.
