Job Description
Job Specifics
- Location: Pontiac Trail and Beck Road. Novi/Wixom border.
- Rate of Pay is $16-$18/hour. Health insurance option after 90 days.
- Standard work week is 7:45 am to 4:30 Monday - Friday.
- You will be working outside in the summer and winter.
- Working on a ladder is required
- MUST have personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Your own tools are a plus
- You will be reporting to the same complexs every day for the foreseeable future.
- We are willing to train but some construction is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up / clean up job site every morning and afternoon
- Regularly lift 50 pounds and up
- Operate basic saws and use hand tools including tape measure
- Assist carpenters as needed with maintenance/building projects around the complex.
Miscellaneous
- A background check will be conducted.
- You will be working in and around occupied dwelling
