Head stretcher:
This job may require the physical ability to perform duties assigned including but not limited to extensive standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting. Continuous lifting to 75 pounds from floor to average waist-high platform, and use of various hand tools and instruments, and extreme temperatures.

Pay: $18 Per Hour
Shift/Hours:
Afternoon Shift: Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM or 1 AM
Saturdays and Sundays, As Required and Directed,
Break: 25 Minute Paid Break,
Employees MUST Punch-out if they leave the facility during break and will not be paid.

Job Description
IM Stretcher - Afternoon Shift - Garden City - $18 Per Hour
Head stretcher:
- Directs the crew when to stretch, preventing full tables.
- Uses gauges when needed.
- Makes sure parts are being cut at the correct length.
- Stretches parts so the correct spec and doesn’t cause orange peel.
- Uses the correct number of middlemen.
- Stacks parts into rack without damaging the aluminum.
- Uses best judgment when stacking parts on the storage table.
- Reports defects in the aluminum to press operator foremen.
- If we break down, you are to help the other presses stack parts and stretch. If nobody needs your
- assistance, pickup and organize your area or any task assigned to you by the foreman or manager.
- Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
- Must wear PPE required for this position (i.e: safety glasses, steel toe, ear plugs, gloves, etc.).

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in manufacturing
- Working experience in aluminum production
- Must have good working ethic, especially excellent attendance
- Must be over 18yrs old
- Must be able to read, write, and follow directions
- Proficiency in hand tools and Safety practices
- Engages in self-learning keeping up with industry trends, safety, and company information, as needed
