Journeyman/Senior Level - Finish/Trim Carpenter
Detroit - Days - $25 to $33 Per Hour
This is a full-time, W-2 employment opportunity that offers health insurance.
Requires reliable transportation; will work at various Detroit Area properties, performing new and old residential and commercial building construction, remodeling, maintenance and repair duties and responsibilities.
Carpenter must be able to work alone with little to no supervision to complete projects to expectations; after receiving a project Line-up from the Project Superintendent
If you can build a house from the Foundation to the Shingles; this is a Great Opportunity for you!
Must be Proficient at the following:
This is a long term assignment
Wage: $25.00 to $33 Per Hour
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Job Site Location: Detroit Area mostly, but varies from day-to-day & project-to-project and can be in other cities in south-east Michigan.

Journeyman/Senior Level - Finish/Trim Carpenter
Detroit - Days - $25 to $33 Per Hour
This is a full-time, W-2 employment opportunity that offers health insurance.

- Print Reading and Math
- Finish and Trim Carpentry
- Interior and Exterior Carpentry
- Kitchen, Bathroom and Basement Remodeling & Repair
- Hardwood, Ceramic Tile and Laminate Floors
- Light Electrical
- Light Plumbing
- Drywall and Plaster Installation and Repair
- Paint Preparation
- Window and Door Installation and Repair
- Framing and Rough Carpentry is a plus
- Sheeting and/or Repairing a Pitched Roof is a plus
- Demolition is a plus
This is a long term assignment
Wage: $25.00 to $33 Per Hour
