Journeyman/Senior Level - Carpenter - Ypsilanti - Days - $25 Per Hour
This is a full-time, W-2 employment opportunity that offers health insurance.
Requires reliable transportation; will work primarily at an Ypsilanti Based
Multi-Unit Apartment Complex and possibly other various Detroit Area properties, performing new and old residential and commercial building construction, remodeling, maintenance and repair duties and responsibilities.
Carpenter must be able to work alone with little to no supervision to complete projects to expectations; after receiving a project Line-up from the Project Superintendent.
Must also be able to Lead and Supervise other Construction Crew Members.
If you have Apartment Maintenance & Repair experience, this is a Great Opportunity for you!
Must be Proficient at the following:
This is a long term assignment
Wage: $25.00 Per Hour
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Ypsilanti, MI mostly, but varies from day-to-day & project-to-project and can be in Detroit and/or other cities in South-East Michigan.
Note: Must have Current MDL, Auto Insurance and own reliable Transportation to Drive own Vehicle to/From Job Sites and possibly Drive a Company Vehicle.

- Finish and Trim Carpentry
- Interior and Exterior Carpentry
- Kitchen, Bathroom and Basement Remodeling & Repair
- Hardwood, Ceramic Tile and Laminate Floors
- Light Electrical
- Light Plumbing
- Drywall Installation and Repair
- Paint Preparation
- Window and Door Installation and Repair
- Framing and Rough Carpentry is a plus
- Demolition is a plus
- Fire & Water Damage Restoration experience is a Big Plus
