We are Looking for Lawn Crew Leaders to Join Our Team to Work Out of Holt, MI

- These are Full Time Positions with 40+ hours a week
- Year Round Work Available
- $23 per hour or more based on experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience required in Commercial Mowing/Grounds Care
• 1+ years experience required as a Lawn Crew Foreman/Crew Leader
• Must be able to Operate; Zero Turn, Walk Behind, and Stand-On Lawn Mowers
• Must Have an Extensive Knowledge of Commercial Lawn Mowing and Maintenance
• Must know proper landscape bed maintanence 
• Punctuality is Expected and Dependability is Expected
• Ability to Lead Crew Members to Work Quickly with Quality Results

Certification Requirements:

• Must Possess or Be Willing to Obtain a Valid Chauffeur's License
• Must Possess or Be Willing to Obtain a DOT Medical Card

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 2-4 crew members to service commercial properties of various sizes and complexity, performing various landscaping/grounds care functions which will include mowing and other required maintenance
