CNC Mill Set-up and Operator - 1st Shift - Westland - ($18 to 22/Hour)
CNC Mill Set-up and Operator experience is Required.
Must also be Proficient at Checking Parts, using Micrometers and/or Calipers.
Experience Operating the following:
Fadel and Haas CNC Mills
Fanuc Controls Experience is also a Big Plus.
Requires a minimum of 1-Year Experience as a CNC Mill Operator to get an
$18 to $20 Per Hour Wage Rate.
Requires a minimum of 1-Year Experience as a CNC Mill Set-Up and Operator to get a $20 to $22 Per Hour Wage Rate.
Must be able to Read Blueprints well enough to Perform Quality Control Checks of his/her own parts.
Must be Proficient at Reading Manual, (Not Just Digital), Micrometers and Calipers.
Should have good Shop Math Skills.
Will Be Required To Perform the following, (But Not Limited To):
Load Parts
Cycle the CNC Mill Machining Center
Unload Parts
Perform required Quality Control Checking of Parts.
Ability to perform Tooling Changes & Machine Setup is a Big Plus & pays more.
Requires prolonged standing.
Safety Shoes/Boots and Safety Glasses are required.
This is a 6-Month "Temp-To-Hire" Opportunity!
Shift Schedules and Hours: First Shift: Monday through Friday: 7 AM to 5:30 AM, as required and directed. Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 12:00 or 1 PM, as required and directed. Sundays: Only as required and directed. If/When Hired Direct by Our Client: Benefits effective on 1st of Month following In-house Hire Date and include: BC/BS, Optical, Dental, 401K, Paid Holidays and Vacation, Christmas Bonus,
